This part will mainly about the working process of the wet extruder by taking the SPHS132a wet extruder as an example. The wet extruder is mainly used for producing floating pellet feed, pet feed and sinking aquatic feed or for developing resources. The raw materials enter the DDC through the feeder and get cooked inside the conditioner together with steams. Input some water into the conditioner at the same time. The raw materials become pasted with the water moisture about 25-30% and temperature reaches 65-90℃. Through the two-way, the raw materials enter the extruding system consisting feeding section, conveying section and forming section. It mainly consists of screw sleeve and screw rod. The major motor is equipped with belt reducer and the screw shaft is driven by the driving case. The raw material firstly enters the feeding section, then the conveying section and finally the forming section in which it is strongly cut and pressed by the screw rod, then extruded from the extruding die and finally cut into proper size by the cutter. Add steam or cold water of certain pressure into the jacket of the screw sleeve as with too high temperature, the feed would get burnt while the temperature is too low, the feed can’t be extruded completely. Generally, the feed before discharged has a temperature of 130-140℃. Block the pressure mouth when producing sinking feed and unblock it when producing floating feed.
