In 2007, undertook National Eleventh Five-Year Key Programs for Science and Technology Development, researched the new technology and key equipments of feed production and demonstrated the industrialization.
Fully reflect the technological position of Jiangsu Zhengchang Group in the development of China feed industry.

In 1998, Zhengchang took over CPM company which USA Ingersoll-Rand invested in China. Based on the advantage of technique to improve the complete products of pellet mills, coolers and grinders, and Zhengchang Pellet Mill Die Co.,Ltd was founded.

In 1997, Jiangsu Huaiyin CP Feed Company with the annual output 360,000 tons invited international bids, Zhengchang group won the bid, became the first enterprise can design independently and build large complete feed engineering.

In 1992, Zhengchan feed machinery parent company was founded, which developed to six economical entity integrated companies, Zhengchang grain machinery plant, Zhengchang compLete engineering company, Zhengchang steel silo company, Zhengchang spare part plant, Zhengchang research institute and Zhengchang oil plant.

In 1983, developed KYW32 pellet mill,had feed manufacturing technology of 5tons per hour and brought life to the development of China feed industry.

In 1977, took the first pellet feed engineering in China,started to take the complete feed processing engineering. In 1992, built Sino-foreign Joint-venture Zhengchang Feed Engineering Co.,Ltd.

In 1974, because the need of oil extracting and rice bran processing,so developed the first 45 model pellet mill in China.

In 1969, the enterprise was renamed Local State Liyang Grain and Oil Machinery Plant,mainly engaged in manufacturing grain and oil equipments.
In 1972, introduced Japan extracting technology and founded Jiangsu the first rice bran oil plant in 1975 which called Liyang oil and chemical plant designed by Zhengchan Grain Machinery.

In 1953, Zhengchang oil and grain plant combined with the other factory，Lilian oil and grain plant was founded. Grain and oil are still mainly processed,the production equipment had a new development.

Zhengchang was founded in 1918. Zhengchang bought rice mill,grain and oil machine which were made in Japan,engaged in grain and oil processing,the degree of mechanization was numbered at that time.
